Hi, I’m Alexis — it’s a pleasure having you here exploring what I have to offer.

For fifteen years, I’ve sat with people in some of life’s most vulnerable moments as a spiritual counsellor and psychic medium, helping them find clarity when their own inner voice felt too quiet to hear. Alongside that work, another passion has always been alive: holistic skincare and the wisdom of the body.

In 2017, I became a certified holistic skincare therapist, creating treatments that combined facials, Reiki and intuitive guidance. To me, skin and spirit were never separate — they have always been deeply connected.

When I became a mother, life shifted, and the pandemic soon followed, making in-person treatments impossible. I pivoted and created an online skincare boutique, which grew successfully — but eventually I had to close that chapter too. My work became solely focused on spiritual counselling, readings and healing… yet my passion for the body never disappeared.

I continued studying somatics, fascia, and the profound ways our bodies store stress, trauma and emotion. Over time, one truth became impossible to ignore: healing is not just a conversation. It is an experience the body must be invited into.

Crown & Aura was born from the union of these two callings. Here, intuitive guidance, therapeutic touch and restorative treatments come together to support the nervous system, reconnect you with your body, and create space for deep healing.

This isn’t a return to where I began. It’s the integration of everything I’ve spent the last fifteen years learning — where skin and soul, science and intuition, restoration and transformation are finally offered as one.
