Expect 90 to 120 minutes of full-body drainage and sculpting. Much of the session is slow and relaxing, while certain areas may take firmer pressure to encourage drainage and contouring. Pressure is always adjusted to your comfort.
Afterwards, drink plenty of water and take a gentle walk. Light movement helps your lymphatic system keep doing its quiet work.
